Rejected claim overturned - I have nothing but positive feedback regarding how our claim was dealt with. I had weekly phone calls keeping us up to date on the progress. Our initial claim was denied, however Shayne Budd worked with his team to have the decision rightly overturned. Having the team working on our behalf saved myself all the stress. We are very happy with the outcome and the whole process.
